Online Google Marketing Agreemant & Privacy Policy

Online Google Marketing Agreement and Privacy Policy (understood between client and us):
The online agreement exists between the buyer and Green Globe Media Ltd. The on-line marketing agreement applies upon receipt of payment, when the buyer shows full understanding of this contract.

1.Google Advertising Agreemant

Green Globe Media Ltd uses its online facilities to locate advertisement space on the online search engine – Google (www.google.co.uk). The advertisement will be based around an amount of key active phrases and the company name, both agreed between the sales advisor and ‘buyer’ at the point of sale. The advertisement will be active within 48 working hrs of the agreement date unless otherwise specified. The buyer can check the advert by going to www.google.co.uk or advert preview and typing their exact key phrases into the Google search bar.

If we do not hear from you after 1 month a landing page will be created and your campaign will be commenced.

Campaigns paused for over 3 months will automatically resume into the previous agreement.

2.The Service

After the commencement date, the supplier shall, in consideration of the fees being paid, provide the services identified. The seller shall strive to ensure the continuation of the service at all time, however cannot be liable for the server problems/system failures or the content of the buyer’s website.

3. Payment

The buyer agrees to pay the appropriate fees and will pay for any additional services provided by the supplier i.e. more key phrases. All the payments will be made within 5 days of the date relevant to the invoice, and in sterling pounds. The buyer understands that the paid invoice will be sent to their chosen email address.

4. Agreement

The agreement will automatically renew for one further calendar month from the agreement date. The agreement is a rolling agreement so by accepting the trial month the buyer authorises payments to be taken every month until the agreement is cancelled by the buyer.

5. Cancellation

Within the first month, the buyer can cancel their agreement by telephone with immediate effect. After the 30 day trial period a signed and dated letter has to be posted to head office. A notice period of 30 days is required to cancel the agreement.

6. Refunds

Green Globe Media Ltd will only issue refunds to the buyer if there has been an error on our part.

7. Charges

Failure to make payments may result in additional charges.

8. Privacy Policy

The privacy policy applies between the buyer and Green Globe Media Ltd

2. Data Protection

All/any data collected will be retained for the duration of the contract. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties and all personal data is stored securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Chargeback’s:

Any chargeback’s requested by the client to their credit card company will be strongly contested by Green Globe Media Ltd through a dedicated credit control team.
Any successful chargeback’s back to the client’s card will result in arrears on your account with Green Globe Media Ltd.

Therefore, the outstanding amount (i.e. equal to the chargeback amount) will be due to us from the client. In the event of this outstanding amount remaining unpaid after a period of 30 days the account will then be transferred to an independent third party debt recovery team who will also add an administration fee of £150 + vat on top of the original amount charged back. This can also adversely affect you from being able to obtain credit in the future.
Any Chargeback lost by the client will result in Green Globe Media Ltd charging an administration fee of £150 + vat for the time and resources taken to prove that the monies were in fact owed to Green Globe Media Ltd in the first case.
